About Me.
Welcome! I’m Tanya Meek, a dedicated therapist with a passion for guiding individuals through their healing journeys. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients in navigating their mental health challenges, particularly in the realms of trauma, grief, anxiety and depression.
Having lived in Wyoming for most of my life, I’ve come to appreciate the beauty and tranquility of nature, which inspires my work and personal life. I love the flexibility that private practice offers—not just for myself, but for my clients as well. I believe that healing should fit seamlessly into life, allowing for growth at each individual’s own pace.
My journey has also been shaped by my experiences with autoimmune disease, both personally and through watching my clients navigate their health challenges. This has led me to explore the profound intersection of mental health and physical wellness, particularly how trauma manifests in the body. I am a firm believer in holistic healing; addressing the mind, body, and spirit is essential for deep and lasting recovery.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me hiking in the mountains, traveling to new places, lost in a good book, or enjoying the company of my cats and dogs. I strive to empower my clients to advocate for themselves and their needs, fostering a safe space where healing can thrive.
Thank you for considering me to accompany you on your journey. Together, we can explore and cultivate the path to your healing.

I pursued this degree due to my passion for the brain, human behavior, emotions, and the factors that drive us! I graduated with honors and valued the foundation it provided me.
